Kaiku is an AI-native software development and consulting startup in the Reaktor Ecosystem. We help our clients to build intelligent digital solutions and accelerate software delivery with AI. We already run an AI-native sales machine, and we are looking for our first growth and sales lead to improve it, scale it and take new accounts from first contact to signed deal.
What you’ll do
- Generate leads and open new accounts with software development leaders and C-level decision makers
- Run deals end to end: discovery, matching the right consultants, proposals, pricing and closing
- Scale our AI-native sales machine: automation, CRM workflows, data and AI tools
- Grow accounts after the first engagement and keep close contact with clients during it
- Shape how Kaiku grows and scales, together with the founders
You’re comfortable with
- New business sales in B2B services, ideally in tech, AI or consulting
- Consultative selling to technical buyers, from team leads to the C-level
- Hands-on GTM engineering: improving tools, data and processes yourself
- Working proactively in a small team without a large sales organisation
- Fluent English and Finnish
